2 angles on a wasp
I took several pictures of this wasp last weekend. She seemed quite patient and endured the pictures with and without flash with an amazing degree of aplomb. Maybe she's modeled before...
I can't decide which I like better. The first one shows the face better but the second pic gives nice detail on the thorax that is lacking in the first.

I was thinking of adopting her, Anna, but since I found her at my girlfriend's place I decided that the wasp would never survive the drive home. So I just shoved her out the door into the freedom of the open skies.
