I was reading on my deck the other day, quiet and still, and look what wandered onto the deck with me. It's the neighbor's cat that likes to eat birds!

As you can probably tell from his expression and posture, the cat hadn't noticed me at first. When the flash went off on the camera he was startled. He left soon after, no doubt annoyed that his anticipated meal had to be canceled.
