Duke Forest in October
I took this picture in October 2006 when hiking in Duke Forest. Ren, as you an see, was focused on a leaf reliving some botany class she took at UNC, no doubt. We were entering the forest at this point and had just walked down the hill behind Ren. We weren't looking so calm and composed a few hours later when we had to walk back up that damn hill. LOL

I hate hills....
but I love the greens and browns here.
Oh, come on. That is a rise, not even a true slope and definitely not a HILL! (wink)
Try telling that to my girlfriend, Roxanne. She thinks I'm trying to kill her everytime we go somewhere the ground isn't level. I, on the other hand, prefer hills 'cause they're pretty.
